I am passionate about helping people gain clarity in their life through therapy or life coaching. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 16 years. I’ve worked with men, women, young adults and veterans during the course of my career. I deal with a wide range of mental health issue with a special focus on burnout.

By exploring some of the negative feelings and behaviours you are experiencing, you will have a better understanding of what is holding you back from the things you want in your life.

MINDFULNESS
This is a modified form of cognitive therapy that incorporates mindfulness practices such as meditation and breathing exercises to enable individuals to develop compassion and acceptance while diminishing their reactions to unwanted thoughts and unpleasant feelings.
